This portal enables you to input your information a single time in a secure format and then share that information with your Retailer and Lenders of your choice to inquire about a new home loan for the purchase of a home. You are not obligated to use this portal to apply for or inquire about a new home loan. If you choose to use the portal, here’s how it works:
1. You enter your information as directed.
2. You give permission to release that information to your Retailer as well as Lenders that are selected by you and your Retailer.
3. Your Retailer will have access to the information inputted on this portal and will be able to print or save that information and will be able to send your information to other Lenders through this portal or other means.
Note: Cascade will have access to all the information you provide in this portal. You are not obligated, however, to choose Cascade as one of your Lenders. if you do choose Cascade as one of your Lenders, Cascade will have your information digitally and might respond to you sooner than other Lenders that do not receive your information digitally.
